Holidays & Holydays: Upcoming Sunday Classes and Events

Sunday, January 11th: our class will explore the life of Martin Luther King Jr. and create an all-hands-on-deck poster for the following service.
Sunday, January 18th: Join us in UCC’s multigenerational service as we celebrate Martin Luther King. Jr.’s legacy and life lessons.
Saturday, January 25th: our class will explore the Vodun religion, commonly referred to as Voodoo and create love potions to share with others.

Camp Kindness: Please bring in a donation for our Camp Kindness food drive. In the past 6 weeks our class has donated 26 lbs. of food to benefit immigrant families.

 

Upcoming Events for UUC Social Action Youth Group

Our youth group will volunteer at the UUC sponsored Filling in the Blanks packing event on Saturday, January 31st. The youth group will also gather Saturday, February 7th to learn about and write letters to our leaders about gun violence and legislation to restrict guns.
