Please reach out if you are in need of pastoral care, spiritual guidance, or other support. I will be available to meet with Congregants on Friday, May 16th, Saturday, May 17th, or Wednesday, May 21st. There is no lunch with the minister this week. For a private appointment, you can set up an appointment on Calendly.
I recently received the good news that I have received Full Fellowship as a Unitarian Universalist Minister! Full Fellowship is a designation that means I am now fully entrusted with leadership at a higher level, including supervision of interns and other mentoring responsibilities, should I choose to take that on. Though all our UU ministers continue to practice accountability to covenant and lifelong learning, I no longer need to fill out long evaluation and professional development plan forms every year. Thank you to all the Committee on Ministry and Board members who have helped with this process the past four years.
I will be recognized along with several other religious professionals who have achieved milestones in the Service of the Living Tradition at the General Assembly in Baltimore, MD on Thursday, June 19th. This year, I am excited to be joined at GA in person by our two delegates- Elizabeth Jenkins-Sahlin and Shelby Juarez! While our delegates play a special role of voting on assembly business, ALL UUC congregants are invited to join the national conference – in person or online. You can join for the whole conference, or just one day. Register here: https://www.uua.org/ga/registration
